SMM Specialist
Remote, Europe | Full-time
Responsibilities
- Implement social media strategies and campaigns across different GEOs (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, X, YouTube)
- Transform creative ideas into successful campaigns, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand presence
- Monitor competitors and industry trends, generating new content ideas and applying best practices to increase engagement
- Support the creation of an educational YouTube product for Asian and MENA markets
- Set benchmarks and optimize marketing efforts across all social media channels
- Create and edit engaging content that enhances brand storytelling and connects with audiences
- Review and approve content plans and UGC materials from the Social & Content Coordinator
- Track key performance metrics, analyzing paid and organic social media results, competitor activity, and influencer campaigns
- Collaborate on influencer marketing and brand partnerships, assisting the SMM Team Lead with campaign execution
Requirements
- 3+ years of social media management experience at a B2C brand
- Proficient with social video and photo content capture
- A thorough understanding of media metrics to track and hit KPl’s, and the ability to leverage data insights to determine strategies
- Experience with social media / Influencer management tools (Sprout Social, RivallQ, Tribe, Telemetr.io, Hootsuite, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience working with video editing platforms such as CapCut, In-Shot, etc.
- Well-versed in social media trends, slang, and cultural nuances across the chosen GEO
Will be a plus
- Experience with Fintech niche
- Working with Asian market (at least one of the listed: Malaysia, India, Vietnam, Thailand)
- Deep understanding of local applications (Moj, MX TakaTak, etc)
