Talent Acquisition Lead

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the recruitment team, ensuring high-quality hires at different levels
- Mentor, coach, and manage the recruitment team to optimize their performance and professional growth
- Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, from pipeline management to hiring process efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement in talent acquisition strategies and execution
- Monitor and analyze recruitment KPIs to enhance effectiveness and quality of hires
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners, particularly in the Fintech industry
- Leverage expertise in diverse markets, with a preference for experience in Asian talent acquisition
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment across various levels of seniority
- 2+ years of experience leading and managing a recruitment team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and develop teams
- Hands-on, goal-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities
- Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Strong client and service-oriented mindset with high responsiveness
- Analytical thinker with a problem-solving approach and a focus on continuous improvement
- English — Upper-Intermediate or higher
Will be a plus
- Experience in the Asian job market
- Experience with C-level, Heads positions
