Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the recruitment team, ensuring high-quality hires at different levels
  • Mentor, coach, and manage the recruitment team to optimize their performance and professional growth
  • Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, from pipeline management to hiring process efficiency
  • Drive continuous improvement in talent acquisition strategies and execution
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment KPIs to enhance effectiveness and quality of hires
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners, particularly in the Fintech industry
  • Leverage expertise in diverse markets, with a preference for experience in Asian talent acquisition

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment across various levels of seniority
  • 2+ years of experience leading and managing a recruitment team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and develop teams
  • Hands-on, goal-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities
  • Strong client and service-oriented mindset with high responsiveness
  • Analytical thinker with a problem-solving approach and a focus on continuous improvement
  • English — Upper-Intermediate or higher

Will be a plus

  • Experience in the Asian job market
  • Experience with C-level, Heads positions
