Office Administrator – Uruguay

Latin America | Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Office & Administration and operations activities to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
  • Organise the office space, maintain the office in excellent condition and arrange necessary upgrades
  • Liaise with facility management, including cleaning, and security services, deliveries coordination
  • Provide daily support to team members at the office, as well as with team and sit movements (e.g. stationery, travel arrangements, etc).
  • Coordinate post-offer pre-onboarding duties and screenings as may be required
  • Orient team members on office work, culture, and rules
  • Support new employees with migration issues and local accommodations
  • Organization of local team-building events for team members
  • Market research or other collection of local information at the request of the company’s departments
  • Documentary support, office correspondence, as well as withdrawal/receipt of documents on financial and legal issues

Requirements

  • High aspiration to develop in the administration and operation sphere
  • Driver’s license and a personal car
  • Written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Foreign languages: Spanish
  • Experience with business software such as MS Office Suite and especially Excel
  • Meticulous attitude and strong attention to detail
  • Solid motivation and strong organisation skills, along with the ability to work under pressure, set priorities and manage own workload

Will be a plus

  • Prior experience in an international product company in a similar role
