HR Operations Partner

Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with employees and provide HR guidance and support
- Participate in the employee lifecycle process: onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, retention, and more to ensure effective integration of specialists in the company
- Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with employees, management, external providers, and partners
- Analyze HR metrics and develop action plans to improve them
- Translate company culture and values
- Provide training and support to managers and employees on the performance review process and expectations
- Organize and conduct internal and external team transfers
- Analyze the usage of the compensation and benefits system, and collect feedback
Requirements
- 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a product or technology company
- Experience in implementing HR processes and procedures
- Experience with HR metrics
- Experience with HR policy guidance
- Experience with HR standards and best practices
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Upper-Intermediate level of English
- Proactivity, analytical, goal-oriented, openness, self-education, business orientation, trustworthiness, empathy, and time management skills
Will be a plus
- Experience working with the APAC region
- Knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act
- Experience managing employee relocation and visa processes
