HR Operations Partner

Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with employees and provide HR guidance and support
- Participate in the employee lifecycle process: onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, retention, and more to ensure effective integration of specialists in the company
- Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with employees, management, external providers, and partners
- Analyze HR metrics and develop action plans to improve them
- Translate company culture and values
- Provide training and support to managers and employees on the performance review process and expectations
- Organize and conduct internal and external team transfers
- Analyze the usage of the compensation and benefits system, and collect feedback
Requirements
- 1,5-2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a product or tech company
- Experience with HR processes, procedures, metrics, and policy guidance
- Understanding of HR standards and a drive to improve existing practices
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Upper-Intermediate English for working in an international environment
- Proactive, business-oriented, empathetic, and open-minded
- Good time management and willingness to learn and grow
