HR Operations Partner

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with employees and provide HR guidance and support
  • Participate in the employee lifecycle process: onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, retention, and more to ensure effective integration of specialists in the company
  • Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with employees, management, external providers, and partners
  • Analyze HR metrics and develop action plans to improve them
  • Translate company culture and values
  • Provide training and support to managers and employees on the performance review process and expectations
  • Organize and conduct internal and external team transfers
  • Analyze the usage of the compensation and benefits system, and collect feedback

Requirements

  • 1,5-2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a product or tech company
  • Experience with HR processes, procedures, metrics, and policy guidance
  • Understanding of HR standards and a drive to improve existing practices
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Upper-Intermediate English for working in an international environment
  • Proactive, business-oriented, empathetic, and open-minded
  • Good time management and willingness to learn and grow
