HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with employees and provide HR guidance and support;
  • Participate in the employee lifecycle process: onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, retention, and more to ensure effective integration specialists in the company;
  • Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations;
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with employees, management, external providers, and partners;
  • Analyze HR metrics and develop action plans to improve them; 
  • Translate company culture and values;
  • Provide training and support to managers and employees on the performance review process and expectations;
  • Organize and conduct internal and external team transfers;
  • Analyze the usage of the compensation and benefits system, and collect feedback.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of HR  experience, preferably in a product or technology company;
  • Experience in implementing HR processes and procedures;
  • Experience with HR metrics;
  • Experience with HR policy guidance;
  • Experience with HR standards and best practices;
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills;
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English;
  • Proactivity, analytical, goal oriented, openness, self-education, business orientation, trustworthiness, empathy and time management skills.
