Responsibilities

  • Design and execute HR initiatives aligned with long-term business objectives to drive sustainable growth
  • Build and enhance hiring strategies to scale our teams effectively in line with market demands
  • Oversee all HR processes from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring efficiency and a positive employee experience
  • Ensure all HR practices meet Malaysian labor laws and align with company policies
  • Plan and manage the HR budget to effectively support strategic initiatives
  • Lead, mentor, and grow the HR team, encouraging collaboration and professional development

Requirements

  • Proven HR leadership with experience in strategy, team building, and organisational efficiency
  • Strong expertise in HR processes, compliance, and industry best practices
  • Skilled in HRM systems, Compensation & Benefits, and budget management
  • Excellent command of English for professional communication
