Employer Brand Lead

Employer Brand Lead

Europe | Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the global content calendar across all employer branding channels
  • Respond to candidate and employee reviews across relevant job boards and review platforms in line with approved communication guidelines
  • Partner with the Head of Employer Brand on regional strategy alignment and tone of voice adaptation
  • Collaborate with Legal on sensitive review cases and with HR Operations to ensure factual accuracy across locations
  • Coordinate updates to EVP messaging in alignment with the Head of Employer Brand
  • Activate and support global employee advocacy initiatives
  • Prepare and submit applications for employer brand and corporate awards
  • Conduct market research and competitor talent brand audits every 6 months

Requirements

  •  3+ experience managing corporate presence on global and local professional networks and employer review sites (e.g., LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, local job boards)
  • Strong skills in creating global content strategies and developing cross-platform content calendars
  • End-to-end experience in preparing and submitting award applications
  • Analytical skills to conduct competitive audits and track performance metrics across multiple platforms and regions
  • Experience in creating and localizing EVP messaging for different international markets
  • Understanding of global HR policies and corporate reputation management standards
  • English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate or higher (both written and verbal)
