Accountant PE
Remote, Europe | Full-time
Responsibilities
- Monthly preparation of document packages for onboarding new project participants/employees in accordance with the established process.
- Onboarding of individual entrepreneurs (PE) and assisting new project participants with PE registration.
- Closure of PEs in line with the established process.
- Calculation of taxes and submission of reports.
- Preparation of tax payments and monitoring the payment of taxes.
- Preparation of insurance payments and monitoring the payment of medical insurance.
- Verification of compensation and budget control for Comp&Ben.
- Preparation and transfer of employee-related documents.
- Preparation of documents for offboarding/exit of employees.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as an accountant managing individual entrepreneurs (PE).
- Proficient in using a PC, with the ability to work in Google Docs.
- Experience working with the Taxpayer’s Electronic Cabinet and the Diia service.
- Knowledge of accounting and tax legislation.
- Willingness to work in a multitasking environment.
