Responsibilities

  • Monthly preparation of document packages for onboarding new project participants/employees in accordance with the established process.
  • Onboarding of individual entrepreneurs (PE) and assisting new project participants with PE registration.
  • Closure of PEs in line with the established process.
  • Calculation of taxes and submission of reports.
  • Preparation of tax payments and monitoring the payment of taxes.
  • Preparation of insurance payments and monitoring the payment of medical insurance.
  • Verification of compensation and budget control for Comp&Ben.
  • Preparation and transfer of employee-related documents.
  • Preparation of documents for offboarding/exit of employees.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience as an accountant managing individual entrepreneurs (PE).
  • Proficient in using a PC, with the ability to work in Google Docs.
  • Experience working with the Taxpayer’s Electronic Cabinet and the Diia service.
  • Knowledge of accounting and tax legislation.
  • Willingness to work in a multitasking environment.
