Responsibilities

  • Handle any incoming customer enquiry within the set time range via different communication channels: live chat, messengers, tickets system, phone;
  • Identify customers’ needs to achieve customer satisfaction;
  • Manage standard enquiries in ticket system and escalate the ones that require deeper investigation to the relevant department or specialist;
  • Verification of clients documents.

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate in English, Indonesian;
  • Computer literacy;
  • Able to identify ways of solving the problem and present the solution in verbal and written manner;
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • High levels of professionalism and ethical standards;
  • Attention to detail and punctuality.
