Responsibilities

  • Support the creation of detailed event plans, schedules, and checklists
  • Coordinate logistics such as venue setup, catering, accommodation, and transport
  • Manage event registration processes, guest invitations, and RSVPs
  • Communicate with vendors and suppliers to secure high-quality services and products
  • Oversee delivery and setup of event materials to ensure timely execution
  • Supervise on-site operations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth execution from start to finish
  • Set up and support audio-visual equipment and related technologies
  • Track event budgets and expense
  • Maintain financial accuracy
  • Act as the point of contact for stakeholders and maintain clear communication
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and contribute insights for improvement
  • Organize regional Road Trips and occasional business travel as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of event management experience
  • Proven experience coordinating events in MENA, SSA, and LATAM regions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and planning tools
  • Strong attention to detail and structured work habits
  • Experience in organizing webinars, exhibitions, and seminars both online and offline (up to 500 attendees)
  • Effective leadership and communication skills
  • Strong sense of ownership and financial literacy
  • Creativity, innovation, and flexibility
  • Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure
