Event Coordinator
Office, Cyprus | Full-time
Responsibilities
- Support the creation of detailed event plans, schedules, and checklists
- Coordinate logistics such as venue setup, catering, accommodation, and transport
- Manage event registration processes, guest invitations, and RSVPs
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to secure high-quality services and products
- Oversee delivery and setup of event materials to ensure timely execution
- Supervise on-site operations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth execution from start to finish
- Set up and support audio-visual equipment and related technologies
- Track event budgets and expense
- Maintain financial accuracy
- Act as the point of contact for stakeholders and maintain clear communication
- Conduct post-event evaluations and contribute insights for improvement
- Organize regional Road Trips and occasional business travel as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of event management experience
- Proven experience coordinating events in MENA, SSA, and LATAM regions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and planning tools
- Strong attention to detail and structured work habits
- Experience in organizing webinars, exhibitions, and seminars both online and offline (up to 500 attendees)
- Effective leadership and communication skills
- Strong sense of ownership and financial literacy
