Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing Go-To-Market strategies to enhance client engagement and retention
  • Build and manage a portfolio of mid-level and high-value clients, focusing on nurturing and expanding existing relationships
  • Maintain strong client relationships by providing ongoing support, addressing inquiries, and coordinating resolution of any issues promptly and professionally
  • Ensure compliance with business, regulatory, and brand standards in all client interactions and activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams — including Marketing, Loyalty, and Events — to develop initiatives aimed at increasing client satisfaction, engagement, and retention
  • Represent the company at relevant industry events, expos, conventions, training sessions, and seminars as required (some short-term travel may be involved)
  • Support clients in increasing their trading volumes and achieving higher performance levels through tailored solutions and proactive engagement
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty, implementing strategies to reduce churn and improve retention metrics
  • Work toward achieving set KPI targets related to client growth, retention, and engagement, with a strong drive to exceed performance goals

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Partnerships, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management roles within a financial services company, focused on the MENA   region
  • Proven experience delivering results and managing client relationships in international markets
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels and externally with diverse client profiles
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client retention activities, proactively address client needs, and resolve issues to maintain strong, long-term relationships
  • Skilled in analyzing client behavior and performance data to identify risks of churn and implement strategies to improve retention and client satisfaction
  • Leadership skills and a holistic business development vision, including client growth strategies
  • Proven track record of proactive Sales, Business Development, and client success achievements
  • High level of integrity, reliability, and accountability
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a dynamic, global, and multilingual environment
  • Excellent team player, capable of collaborating across various departments and building consensus
