  • Create an effective strategy to attract partners and clients;
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with new partners;
  • Analyze marketing and industry trends of EU markets;
  • Participate in exciting business trips in order to meet partners;
  • Represent the company in key exhibitions.


  • 2+ year experience in Sales, Partnership, and/or Business Development;
  • Proven track record of achieving results in EU markets;
  • Proficient in developing and sustaining a robust network of lead sources;
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well at all levels within company and externally with different profiles of partners (retail and institutional);
  • High level of integrity and dependability;
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-moving global and multi-language environment;
  • Excellent team player, able to interact effectively with various function within the company.
