Marketing Regional Team Lead APAC

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Plan and launch initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness in the APAC region
  • Collaboration with the team and contractors to address business needs and provide strategic marketing recommendations
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform decision-making
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs to drive continuous improvement and campaign optimization
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively
  • Develop, align, and track quarterly and annual marketing goals for the region

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience as a Regional Marketing Manager or in a similar Marketing role
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies
  • Experience in team hiring and management
  • Strong knowledge of web and mobile analytics
  • Hands-on experience with paid traffic sources (Google, Meta, etc.) and/or SEO
  • Experience in budget planning and management
  • Solid background in B2C marketing

Will be a plus

  • In-depth knowledge of SEO strategies and tools
  • Practical experience with paid traffic acquisition
  • Prior involvement in marketing and scaling B2C products in the APAC region
  • Experience working with culturally diverse teams, especially in Asia
