Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities
- Project management, delivery, engineering teams
- Business process modeling
- Implementation of new business processes and training of personnel in business processes
- Responsible for monitoring and improving the efficiency of teams
- Monitoring and analyzing launched business processes for their optimization
- Automation and support of internal business processes
- Task management and process configuration in Jira/CRM
- Conducting work according to Scrum, Kanban methodologies
- Management of data-related initiatives within the company (clarification of data origin, collection of business requirements, design and implementation of solution architecture)
Requirements
- Experience as a Technical Project Manager for 3 years
- Technical background in development or AQA for 2 years
- Experience in building/optimizing/automating business processes
- Experience in managing development teams
- Deep knowledge in research and development processes, software
- Experience in delivering, testing, creating and reviewing business requirements, technical documentation, release management, corporate and financial processes
- Experience in planning, prioritizing
- English level Intermediate and above
Will be a plus
- Experience managing data-analytics, big data projects
