HR Operations Partner

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with employees and provide HR guidance and support
  • Participate in the employee lifecycle process: onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, retention, and more to ensure effective integration of specialists in the company
  • Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with employees, management, external providers, and partners
  • Analyze HR metrics and develop action plans to improve them
  • Translate company culture and values
  • Provide training and support to managers and employees on the performance review process and expectations
  • Organize and conduct internal and external team transfers
  • Analyze the usage of the compensation and benefits system, and collect feedback

Requirements

  • 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a product or technology company
  • Experience in implementing HR processes and procedures
  • Experience with HR metrics
  • Experience with HR policy guidance
  • Experience with HR standards and best practices
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English
  • Proactivity, analytical, goal-oriented, openness, self-education, business orientation, trustworthiness, empathy, and time management skills

Will be a plus

  • Experience working with the APAC region
  • Knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act
  • Experience managing employee relocation and visa processes
