Responsibilities
- Design and execute HR initiatives aligned with long-term business objectives to drive sustainable growth
- Build and enhance hiring strategies to scale our teams effectively in line with market demands
- Oversee all HR processes from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring efficiency and a positive employee experience
- Ensure all HR practices meet Malaysian labor laws and align with company policies
- Plan and manage the HR budget to effectively support strategic initiatives
- Lead, mentor, and grow the HR team, encouraging collaboration and professional development
Requirements
- Proven HR leadership with experience in strategy, team building, and organisational efficiency
- Strong expertise in HR processes, compliance, and industry best practices
- Skilled in HRM systems, Compensation & Benefits, and budget management
- Excellent command of English for professional communication
