HR Administration Specialist
Office, Cyprus | Full-time
Responsibilities
- Provide general assistance to the HR & Office Administration Department
- Coordinate HR activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Create and update records and databases with team members and administrative data
- Prepare and distribute information and other reports to the team members as required
- Provide daily support to team members at office, as well as with team and sit movements
- Respond to team members’ questions regarding HR issues
- Respond to team members verification requests, benefits surveys, and other requests for information
- Coordinate post-offer pre-onboarding duties and screenings as may be required
- Conduct adaptation team members orientation to ensure appropriate HR induction
- Organization of local team building events for team members
Requirements
- High aspiration to develop in the HR sphere
- Up to 1 years professional experience in a relevant role
- Written and verbal communication skills in English, Ukrainian/Russian
- Experience with business software such as MS Office Suite and especially Excel
- Meticulous attitude and strong attention to detail
- Strong motivation, excellent organizational skills, and ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Previous experience working in an international organization
Will be a plus
- Prior experience in an international product company in similar role
- Understanding of the principles of Cyprus Labour law and relevant regulations
