QA Lead
Remote, Europe | Full-time
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of QA engineers
- Collaborate with other Leads to align team efforts with overall project goals
- Oversee and organize requirements testing, documentation, and test automation using tools such as Playwright and GraphQL
- Conduct interviews, onboard new team members, and facilitate their integration into the team
- Build and refine processes within the QA department to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Manage team performance, control estimates
- Plan sprints, new features, and grooming sessions, and conduct regular Scrum activities
- Maintain clear and effective communication within the team and across departments through chats and other communication channels
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years as a QA Engineer, with at least 2 years in a Lead role
- Expertise in software development lifecycle management and specification analysis
- Expertise in automated testing (e.g., Playwright, GraphQL)
- Proficiency in SQL and Postman
- Good knowledge of CI/CD practices
- Strong understanding of testing processes
- Experience in improving QA processes
- Previous experience working in a product company
- Experience managing multiple teams or overseeing more than 4 people
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Highly organized, responsible, and proactive in taking initiative

- Familiarity with JavaScript
